Our hiring process

Applying

First, our Talent Acquisition team reviews your application against the role's requirements. Every application is looked at by a real person: no automated screening tools here!

Shortlisting

If it looks like a good match, we’ll arrange an initial conversation with a member of our team. This is a chance for us to learn more about you, and equally for you to learn more about the role, the team, and life at Reapit.

Interviews

If things feel like a good fit on both sides, we’ll invite you to interview. Depending on the role, this may include a case study, technical discussion or presentation. There are usually a couple of stages, but we aim to keep the process efficient.

After the interview

We know waiting for feedback can be frustrating, so we aim to come back to you within a few days wherever possible.

If you're successful

Congratulations! Our People team will send over your formal offer and guide you through the last few steps. From there, it’s all about getting you ready for your first day at Reapit.
