Commercial Operations manages the processes, systems and controls behind Reapit’s commercial activity. Working across revenue operations, governance, transformation and assurance, we ensure decisions are informed, risks are managed responsibly and processes run effectively. We partner closely with go-to-market teams to strengthen operational performance, ensure consistency and support sustainable business growth.

- Identify and reduce operational, commercial and compliance-related risks

Revenue Enablement
Manage pricing, contracts and billing to support Reapit’s revenue operations. Strengthen commercial processes, reduce operational risk and support predictable business growth.
Revenue Operations
Support transparent, controlled revenue processes across systems, finance and sales operations. You’ll help develop Reapit’s forecasting, reporting and operational alignment to ensure revenue performance is reliable and effectively managed.
Business Transformation
Support strategic change initiatives across the business through structured governance and delivery. Business Transformation helps improve operations, manage risk and ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes.
Business Assurance
Provide oversight and assurance across operational, financial and compliance activities. You'll identify risks, assess controls and support responsible governance across Reapit.
Project Management
Ensure Reapit initiatives are delivered successfully by co-ordinating planning, delivery and governance activities. Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication and risks.
