Financial Planning & Analysis
Support strategic decision-making through budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. The team works closely with leadership across the business to provide commercial insight, long-term planning and data-driven financial guidance.
Business Intelligence
Transform financial and operational data into meaningful reporting, dashboards and insight. The team supports performance visibility, self-service analytics and data consistency, helping leaders make informed decisions across the business.
Tax
Manage a complex international tax environment across multiple jurisdictions. The function supports compliance, transfer pricing, regulatory engagement and tax planning, helping Reapit operate responsibly while supporting long-term global growth.
Procurement
Help Reapit manage spend effectively and drive value across the business. Working closely with Finance and operational teams, the function focuses on supplier relationships, cost optimisation and efficient purchasing practices globally.
Financial Control
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of financial operations across all regions. Working closely with our shared services hub in South Africa, the team supports reporting, compliance, controls and audit readiness at global scale.
Company Secretarial
Support strong corporate governance across multiple regions. The team manages legal entities, board administration, statutory filings and regulatory obligations, helping ensure the business operates transparently and compliantly worldwide.
Finance Systems
Support the platforms and tools that power our global Finance function. Working across systems, automation and integrations, the team helps improve efficiency, simplify processes and deliver a scalable, technology-enabled finance operation.
Business & Commercial Finance
Partner closely with regional and functional leaders across Reapit. The team provides commercial insight on pricing, profitability, growth opportunities and business performance to support smarter, strategic decision-making.
