What we do
The Legal team provides practical legal, compliance and risk guidance that supports day-to-day decision-making across the business. From contracts and governance to data protection and compliance, you'll work closely with teams throughout Reapit to reduce risk and support sustainable growth.
Our responsibilities
Manage legal risk and compliance.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Maintain legal, regulatory and governance requirements across the business
- Protect Reapit’s interests, reputation and operational integrity
- Provide practical legal guidance across the business
- Monitor and manage operational, commercial and regulatory risks
- Support responsible handling of business and customer data
Departments

Legal Support
Support the wider Legal function through administration, contract coordination and documentation management. You’ll assist teams across day-to-day legal activities and help legal processes run efficiently.
Risk Management
Identify, assess and manage risks that could impact the business operationally or commercially. Risk Management strengthens governance, supports informed decision-making and contributes to resilient business operations.
Compliance
Monitor obligations, advise stakeholders and promote responsible operational standards. You’ll work closely with teams across Reapit to support compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Data Compliance
Ensure business and customer data is managed responsibly and in line with data protection requirements. This role supports privacy, security and compliance standards while helping teams manage data-related risks effectively.
