From first conversations and onboarding through to training, support and long-term partnerships, our teams guide customers at every stage of their journey. We combine commercial thinking, customer care and practical problem-solving to create solutions and support agency growth.

Helping customers succeed through sales, onboarding, support, training and long-term partnerships.

  • Introduce customers to the right Reapit products and solutions
  • Support smooth onboarding and accurate customer data migration
  • Deliver responsive, solution-focused support across customer enquiries
  • Train customers on products, workflows and newly launched functionality
  • Build trusted relationships that improve retention and customer satisfaction
  • Support customer accounting processes with accuracy and care

Departments

We work as one team across functions, with both generalist and specialist career paths.

Sales

Drive business growth by connecting estate agents with the right Reapit solutions. The role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities and demonstrating how Reapit technology supports agency performance and long-term success.

Customer Support

Deliver responsive, expert support that helps customers resolve issues quickly and keep agencies operating smoothly. Working directly with customers, you’ll combine troubleshooting, product knowledge and relationship-building to create reliable day-to-day experiences.

Onboarding & Projects

Lead onboarding and implementation projects from planning through to delivery. You’ll coordinate teams, timelines and customer communication to help agencies adopt Reapit solutions successfully and maximise value from day one.

Training

Deliver engaging product training that helps customers and colleagues get maximum value from Reapit solutions. You’ll support performance through workshops, guidance and enablement.

Customer Success

Build long-term customer relationships focused on adoption, retention and measurable value. Support successful outcomes throughout the customer journey by understanding customer goals and providing ongoing strategic guidance.

Client Accounts

Support customers with client accounting processes, operational queries and account management activities. Combining accuracy, communication and problem-solving, you'll help customers manage their financial workflows effectively using Reapit solutions.
