The People team helps make Reapit a place where employees can thrive. We support employees at every stage of their journey, from hiring and development to people operations and workplace experience. Working closely with leaders and teams across the business, we help strengthen culture, support performance and create ways of working that enable us to succeed together.

Business Partnering

Working closely with leaders and teams to support strategic goals and organisational priorities. Combining strategic guidance with practical people support, to strengthen engagement, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and overall team performance.

Talent & Development

Design initiatives that strengthen skills, build capability and support high performance. Working with employees and leaders to create opportunities for learning, growth and career development across Reapit.

People Operations

Manage the employee lifecycle and day-to-day people processes across the business. Supporting areas such as onboarding, employee relations, systems and policies to help deliver an efficient, consistent and positive employee experience.

Talent Acquisition

Attract and hire talented people across a wide range of roles and regions. Supporting recruitment, candidate experience and workforce planning to help teams grow and ensure Reapit continues to attract high-quality talent.

Reward

Design and support fair, competitive reward and benefits frameworks across the business. To help ensure reward practices are consistent, compliant and aligned to employee wellbeing, performance and business needs.

Workplace Operations

Maintain safe, welcoming and effective workplaces across Reapit locations. Supporting facilities, wellbeing initiatives and office experiences, to create environments that enable successful and collaborative ways of working.
